1:  George's art work in the main gallery may NOT be used by web designers to make link ware or purchase ware  It may NOT be used to make "sig tags" or anything else in Paint Shop Pro.  George's work MAY be used at MP3.com for your music site  A link saying that the art work belongs to George would be really nice, that way, everyone knows where you snagged the art.  Many people have used George's work on various music sites and he is always flattered when asked, however it is not necessary to ask for written permission for George's art work to be used on music sites when promoting your own music.    We now have inexpensive stock art and photography that can be used for just about anything you want.

 

2:  Our Terms of Use for our exclusive art work.  

Old Hippie ArtŠ retains the copyright to ALL images and art work.  This includes ALL photography and PSD images on our site.  You are paying for a license to use the work, ONLY.  The copyright remains with us and we alone reserve the right to choose how and when our work is distributed or used.

You may make slight alterations and changes to any purchased piece of art or image work to suit your needs .  In others words, in web design, you may feather or crop out parts you do not need  but you still WILL NOT own the copyright to our original art work.  

You may use all art work in templates and web design to suit your needs.  You must sell templates that you create with our art work, NO LINK WARE, NO SIG TAGS ,NO STATIONARY.  This is not negotiable!

 You may NOT print our art work and sell it at art shows or anywhere else on or off the internet.  We alone reserve the right of distribution.  Your only allowed distribution is in template designs


None of our art work may be redistributed in any way, including sharing it with friends.  This is not fair to those who pay for the work and violates copyright distribution laws.  None of our art work may be resold as is.  You must make something with our work before you can re sell it.

 You may not add our art work to a "graphic collection" as background art work.   You MAY NOT redistribute our original art work at any time, anywhere!

We MUST be credited for our art work with a copyright notice and a link for web sets.
